During the 2020/21, we delivered over 300+ virtual internet safety and digital literacy programs to schools and parent groups, and organizations across North America. Although we leave time for questions and answers at the end our live broadcasts, it is clear some groups desire more time to ask specific questions and address particular challenges. This is more so requested as questions may arise long after programs have finished.

As a result, we have decided to create a new service that we are calling, “LIVE Q&A With The White Hatter.” participating in one of our presentations, groups can now book a follow-up 30 minute live and interactive Q&A session with members of the White Hatter Team. This 30-minute add-on session will be dedicated to prepared questions that can be pre-submitted to us before this session starts, or even real-time questions during this session, that participants may have based upon the program they attended, or any other questions they may have when it comes to internet safety and digital literacy.

For Schools

We have learned that after our live virtual presentations, teachers often engage with students on lessons learned, which often generate even more questions from students, especially those in elementary and middle school. This Q&A session would be a great add-on for teachers, and their students, to reconnect with the White Hatter, especially with our “video on demand” Gr 4/5 and 6/7 social media safety and digital literacy pre-record programs, to further enhance critical thinking on topics that were discussed.

The White Hatter Broadcasting Studio operates within a dedicated 1,000 sq. ft. video production space—offering far more than a typical laptop webcam meeting.

With an 8-camera HD and 4K setup, we use industry-leading webinar-based broadcasting software and hardware to deliver a professional, high-quality experience. Our platform provides a safe, secure, and private online learning environment, featuring quality video and audio.

We can also integrate with other virtual platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or any other web-based service upon request.

This is not a typical laptop webcam video meeting.

The best comparison for the broadcast is a YouTube Live event—it uses similar technology and offers a comparable user experience.

If you are a school or organization looking to stream the VOD simultaneously across multiple classrooms, we recommend our Group Premiere Access option. These Video On Demand options are offered at a group rate and are accessible to anyone in your community for a 24-hour period—allowing everyone to watch at the same time.
